About Me.
I've been obsessed with coding since I was 11, back when I was hammering out scripts on a beat-up Win95 laptop in my bedroom. Many years later, that obsession is now a career. I'm a fullstack developer, now with 10 years of experience, specializing in frontend architecture and modernization. Day to day, that's TypeScript with React and Next.js on the frontend, Node on the backend, and whatever else fits the problem (Vue, Nuxt, Angular, GraphQL, GCP). I have a soft spot for design systems, accessibility, and squeezing every last millisecond out of a render.
I thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments where innovation and problem-solving take center stage. If you're looking for someone who's always pushing the boundaries of what's possible on the web, I just might be your guy!
Hobbies?
Contrary to popular belief, I do have hobbies that don't include coding. So when I'm not working on side projects or learning new technologies, I indulge in other activities! I love playing games, especially with friends. Computer games, console games, board games, party games, you name it! I also enjoy hardware tinkering: building computers, designing combination circuits, programming microcontrollers... OK maybe that last one sorta includes coding.
On the other side of the spectrum, I love exploring the outdoors! I'm always up for a new adventure whether it's hiking, traveling, or just taking in new experiences.
My Experience.
I've been lucky enough to work with various individuals, startups, and established companies. My experience optimizing performance, scaling systems, and creating seamless user experiences has shaped me into the engineer I am today. From leading projects at major companies, to running Divz, my own tech company, I've worn multiple hats as a developer, mentor, and problem solver.
At Divz, I'm not just building products. I'm bringing code and electronics to the next generation of creators! Through hands-on learning, I teach kids how to bridge the gap between hardware and software. I believe that technology empowers people and I love using my skills to build and teach.
I bring a passion for coding, a love for problem solving, and a drive to create memorable digital experiences. From crafting high-performance web apps to inspiring the next generation of engineers, I'm looking to leave my mark.
